The Hotel is close to Termini Station, so the localisation is very good. The room was quite big, comfortable, cleaned every day, the staff was nice, helpful. It's good acomodation for a short staying in Rome, when you are out most of the time:)) And there's a faboulous restaurant across the street "Da Giovanni":)))))
The bathroom wasn't good... It was sooo tiny and it was localised too far from our room, I knew it was external, but thought it will be closer to the room. It supossed to be private, but sometimes when we came it was open...so somebody must have used it... And one more: breakfast, it's simple I know, but there's every day the same. If you're staying 2 nights it's ok, but for the whole week... Staff was helpful, but some of them don't speak English good, some speak fluently, so it depends. (The blonde girl (I don't remember her name, sorry) was really helpful).

I thought that most of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly the one that had to deal with my billing problems was not and wasboth unhelpful and confused
I felt that the bathrooms were very poor and very small. I know its a budget hotel ( although the price did not redflect that ) but we stayed only two nights - we could not have tolerated the bathroom / toilet for longer. Breakfast was very poor and extremely basic

Low cost, central location.
Difficult to enter building. Reception didn't normally answer pages from outside the building doors. One of my buddies slept outside on his motorcycle because he couldn't enter the building in the middle of the night. Staff kept poor records and after very repetitive discussion I finally convinced the receptionist to telephone the previous day's receptionist to verify that I already paid my bill. Breakfast was sparse.

Most staffmembers were verry friendly, but unfortunately not all. The room was big enough.
The brackfast was verry poor. The coffy was horrible, the croissant was not nice, there was only jelly to put on your bread. Our bathroom and toilet were in the hallway. So we had to leave our room with the key and shampoo, towels and everything before being able to shower or go to the toilet. The walls were verry thin, so when there was noise or talking, we could here it.

Very helpful staff, basic room with all amenities, great to have WiFi in the room. Easy location for getting around Rome. Good restaurant right across the street. We would return.

Value for money.
1. Noice level high at nights due to street below. 2. The Roman tourist tax should be included in the list prices - that's our opinion.

The staff was great!
The hotel was a basic European-style hotel that is located on the 4th floor of an old building. They've improved the bathrooms, but it was a small room.

Hotel is clean and on a good location.
I think that it can not be called hotel. It is on the 4th floor of the building and before it was probably some building with offices because you can see right away that room was an office. Hope you will not meet one of the persons who is working on the reception desk, very unpleasant and does not speak english.

Though the bathroom was small, the room and bathroom were very clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and everything in Rome was either a short walk away or a short walk to the Metro/bus stops, which got us everywhere else. I would certainly recommend staying at Hotel Margaret.

Convenient location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Private parking was available just down the road. Quite quirky but with a very authentic feeling.
Room was not realy suitable for four people. Fourth bed was a folding bed and obsructed the bedroom door. It didn't appear to be the largest room they had. Bathroom was tiny and very hot when in use, making it impossible to get dry.

The staff here are very friendly and obliging. Most speak good English. The position of the hotel is excellent and represents great vale for money. The hotel has a great atmosphere and a little bar in the communal breakfast area.
The bathroom was a bit small and many people smoke in the breakfast and reception area so the smell gets into your non-smoking room.
